B-Right Urban Living ("B-Right Urban Living" or the "Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company's websites ("Visitors"), individuals who register to purchase the Services as described below ("Customers") and individuals who register to participate in Company events ("Participants"). This Privacy Statement describes how B-Right Urban Living deals with privacy issues in relation to the use of the Company's websites and in relation to the applications and services offered by B-Right Urban Living (together referred to as the "Services"). This Privacy Statement explains what data is processed for what purpose and what the basis is.

B-Right Urban Living does not always process all the above personal data. It depends on which services the customer purchases/wants to purchase and which functionalities the customer uses on the Company's website.

Video images
CCTV cameras are set up for security purposes regarding B-Right Urban Living's properties.
The images are stored locally and kept temporarily for up to 28 days as per 'regulation of section 151c of the Municipal Act'.
The stored images are not displayed, they are only viewed in the event of damage to B-Right Urban Living property, suspected misconduct and upon request from the police and judicial authorities. The images are kept until the incident is dealt with.
There may be one or more points in the building where live viewing is possible.
Use of collected data
Personal data, of the Data Subject, are processed for the following purposes:
entering into agreements;
performing agreements with Data Subject;
informing Data Subject;
ensuring the security of the property of the Company and Data Subject, more specifically preventing criminal offences and illegal activities;
approaching Data Subjects for marketing purposes;

Cookies, Web beacons and IP addresses
B-Right Urban Living uses commonly used data collection tools such as cookies to collect data about visitors to the Company's Websites ("Website Navigation Data"). This section describes the types of Website Navigation Data used on the Company's Websites and explains how this information may be used.
Cookies
B-Right Urban Living uses cookies to make interactions with the Company's Websites simple and useful. When you visit one of the Company's Websites, B-Right Urban Living's servers send a cookie to your computer. Cookies alone do not make it possible to identify you. Cookies only recognise your web browser. Unless you yourself disclose your identity to B-Right Urban Living by responding to an offer, opening an account or filling out a web form (such as an "Email alerts" form or a "Our newsletter" form), you will remain anonymous to the Company.
B-Right Urban Living uses session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies do not last longer than one session. They disappear from your computer as soon as you close the browser or switch off the computer. Persistent cookies remain on the computer even if you have closed the browser or switched off the computer. Please be aware that if you disable your web browser's acceptance of cookies, you will be able to use the Company's Websites, but you will not be able to use the Services properly.
Webbeacons
B-Right Urban Living uses Webbeacons, whether or not in combination with cookies, to collect data on the use of the Company's Websites by Customers and Visitors and on interaction with Company emails. A Webbeacon is a transparent image on a website or e-mail that allows recognition of certain information on your computer, such as a cookie, when you have visited the Website linked to the Webbeacon, and a description of the Website linked to the Webbeacon. For example, B-Right Urban Living may place Webbeacons in emails that allow the Company to be notified when you click on the link in the email that directs you to one of the Company's Websites. B-Right Urban Living uses Webbeacons to operate and improve the Company's Websites and email communications.
IP-addresses
When you visit the Company's Websites, the Company collects your IP addresses to track and process non-personal data. For example, B-Right Urban Living uses IP addresses to track the regions from which Customers and Visitors visit the Company's Websites.
B-Right Urban Living also collects IP addresses of Customers when they log on to the Services as part of the Company's "Confirmation of Identity" and "IP Range Restrictions" security functionalities.
B-Right Urban Living also collects IP addresses of Customers when they sign inspection forms as part of the Company's "Confirmation of Identity" and "IP Range Restrictions" security functionalities.
As is the case with most websites, we automatically collect certain data to analyse general trends and manage our websites and services. These include, for example, your IP address (or the proxy server you use to access the internet), device and application identification numbers, your location, your browser type, your internet service provider and/or mobile operator, the pages and files you have viewed, your searches, information about your operating system and system configuration and date/time stamps associated with your internet usage. When you visit the company's websites or use our and services, in line with internet communication standards, the URL of the website you came from and the website you go to when you leave our website are automatically stored. This information is used to analyse general trends, to help us improve our websites and services, to track and collect non-personal information, and to provide the websites and services. For example, B-Right Urban Living uses IP addresses to monitor in which regions customers and visitors to its websites are located. B-Right Urban Living also collects IP addresses of customers when they log on to the services, as part of the company's "Identity Confirmation" and "IP Range Restrictions" security features.
Social media-functions
The Company's website may use social media features, such as LinkedIn posts or YouTube videos ("Social Media Features"). These features may collect your IP address and track which page you visit on the Company's Website. A cookie may also be set to ensure that the feature works correctly. Such Social Media Feature may offer you the option to post information about your activities on the Company's Website on your profile page provided by an external social media network. This information may in turn be shared with others in your network. The hosting for the Social Media Features is provided by a third party or is part of the Company's Website. Interactions with these features are subject to the privacy policy of the company providing the Social Media Features.
Do Not Track
Nowadays, several browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari offer the Do Not Track/DNT option. This option works through a DNT header that sends a signal to the websites visited by the user containing the DNT preference setting as defined in the user's browser. At present, B-Right Urban Living does not commit to conforming to DNT signals from browsers in relation to the Company's Websites, in part because no common industry standard for DNT has been agreed upon by industry groups, technology companies or regulators and further, no consistent standard exists to interpret user intent. B-Right Urban Living is committed to privacy and conscious choices and will continue its efforts to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard.
Public forums, referrals from acquaintances and customer testimonials
B-Right Urban Living may make bulletin boards, blogs or chat rooms available on the Company's Websites. Personal information you provide on such a forum may be read, collected or used by others who visit the forum and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. B-Right Urban Living is not responsible for the personal data you post on these forums.
Customers and Visitors may use the Company's referral programme to inform acquaintances about the Company's Websites. When you use the referral programme, the Company will ask for your acquaintance's name and email address. B-Right Urban Living will automatically send your acquaintance a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Company's Website. This data will not be stored by B-Right Urban Living.
B-Right Urban Living publishes a list of Customers and testimonials on the Company's Website containing information such as the Customer's name and position. B-Right Urban Living seeks consent from each Customer prior to the publication of information in such list or testimonial.
Sharing of collected data
Service providers
B-Right Urban Living may share Data about B-Right Urban Living Visitors, Customers and Participants with Company-contracted service providers to enable those service providers to provide services on our behalf. Notwithstanding the foregoing, B-Right Urban Living may also share Data about B-Right Urban Living Visitors, Customers and Participants with the Company's service providers to ensure the quality of the information provided and with third-party social networking websites and media, such as LinkedIn and YouTube, for purposes of marketing and advertising on those Websites. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Statement, B-Right Urban Living will not sell, share, rent or trade any data to third parties for promotional purposes of those third parties.

Forced disclosure
B-Right Urban Living reserves the right to use or disclose provided data if required to do so by law or if the Company reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect the Company's rights and/or to comply with legal process, court order or legal process.
Communication preferences
B-Right Urban Living offers Visitors, Customers and Participants who provide contact details the choice of how the Company uses the data provided. You can manage receiving marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the Company's marketing emails.
Your rights as a data subject
As a data subject, you have the following rights:

B-Right Urban Living reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. B-Right Urban Living will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Statement via the Company's Website at least thirty (30) business days before the changes take effect.
