Following the successful completion of 38 studios at Stationsplein, B-Right Urban Living has now also finalized the second phase of its residential project in the centre of Sittard. The new complex on Bergstraat includes 27 social housing units and, like the first building, is managed by Plaza Resident Services.

With this delivery, the total now stands at 65 affordable studios for single and two-person households—a welcome addition to the tight housing market in Sittard. Residents of the new building can make use of the shared facilities at the adjacent complex on Stationsplein, including a garden, laundry room, and on-site caretaker.
With the completion of phases 1 and 2, we are providing 65 affordable rental homes for a target group that is currently facing significant challenges.
- Olaf Terpstra, Directo B-Right Urban Living"Waiting times for social housing are also increasing in Sittard. We realize it’s just a drop in the ocean, but this is our way of contributing to solving the housing crisis in the Netherlands,” says Olaf Terpstra, Director of B-Right Urban Living.
The homes have been added to the portfolio of Mosaic Microliving, which now includes over 3,200 social housing units. The construction was carried out by Hendriks Gemert, and the project fits seamlessly into the existing urban structure of the city centre.
