The quality of life of our residents is our main concern. As such, we believe that residents should not have to worry about the fire safety of the complex they live in. To ensure fire safety, we carry out regular inspections ourselves, and the fire department also checks and advises on the fire safety of our complexes.

Because of a few recent cases of fire in modular housing complexes in the Netherlands (in which we have not been involved ourselves), we recently have had an additional check by the fire department carried out at our modular housing complexes. This revealed no fire safety issues.
However, based on our own inspections and the fire department's reports, we have informed the complex owners and advised them, where necessary, to carry out some minor repairs to guarantee a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents in the future.
