Novaform Polska and Mosaic World strengthen partnership in Polish housing market
Novaform Polska and Mosaic World have launched the construction of three modern apartment buildings in the center of Swarzędz, Poland. The project, part of the urban development initiative “Project Svaran,” includes 204 apartments and marks a new step in the strategic collaboration between the two parties in the Polish housing market.

Mosaic World will add one of the three buildings, comprising 63 apartments, to its portfolio as a PRS (Private Rented Sector) investment. These homes are intended for long-term rental to private individuals. The remaining two buildings, totaling 141 apartments, will be offered for sale to individual owner-occupiers.
Living in the heart of Swarzędz
The new residential buildings are located just 180 meters from Swarzędz’s central square, directly adjacent to retailers such as Kaufland and Lidl. The location offers excellent connections to Poznań via train and a future tram line. It is surrounded by employment opportunities at companies like Volkswagen, Clip Group, and Blum, and is within walking distance of schools and sports facilities.
Sustainable and future-oriented design
The three buildings are part of a larger urban plan, developed and realized by Novaform Polska, that will eventually accommodate around 500 homes and 3,000 m² of commercial space. The focus is on a high-quality living environment with abundant greenery, low-traffic zones, and underground parking. The first phase, which includes the three buildings mentioned, also features an underground garage with 272 parking spaces.
Construction has begun in august 2025, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2027. The homes will be delivered turnkey and semi-furnished.
