Construction of the first project of B-Right Urban Living in Poland has started. The project, Nove Olendry, consists of 98 turnkey rental flats which will be fully furnished. 138 parking spaces are also included and will be ready and available for clients in November 2025.

Nove Olendry is located in Naramowice, a newly developed residential district in Poznan. It is ideally positioned between the city center and the lush green outskirts of the metropolitan area. Parallel to the development of Naramowice, the municipality has greatly invested in the connectivity of Naramowice, including a new tramline and highway junction. The combination of connectivity, vicinity to different parks and availability of key residential facilities marks Naramowice as an attractive and developing district within Poznan.
