Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) has been built with smart innovations such as an individual heat pump installation with a ground loop that meets the demand of the central heating system and hot tap water facility.
The micro apartments with a gross floor area of 40 m² are furnished with the B-Right interior concept specially designed for this target group. Luxurious design, efficient use of space, fully equipped and additional shared facilities, everything has been thought of to unburden the resident.
