Ideally located next to Avans University of Applied Sciences, this new-build student complex offers the ideal housing solution for students at Breda's many universities of applied sciences. Comfortable living in an independent studio with kitchen and bathroom means that they can study in peace. Services and facilities such as a complex manager, a lounge and a garden make it easy for them to make new friends and build a sustainable social network.

It also relieves pressure on the market for single-family homes in the city, which now remain available to families. By looking broadly at the needs of different target groups in a city, B-Right Urban Living was able to realize solutions that contribute to the challenges of the city.

Everything was neatly arranged when I moved in. I was welcomed by the complex managers, who showed the important aspects in the building. They know their stuff and that immediately put me at ease. The studio looks nice and every little detail has been really thought out. You can see that everything has been thought of, from the mirror that hangs in the right place to the kitchen that has a hob incorporated in it. I am very satisfied.
