Affordable housing at an ideal location in the municipality of Delft.
Due to a lack of affordable housing, young adults are leaving the municipality of Delft, a loss for the city. That is why B-Right developed Urban Living Campus 015 Pauwmolen: almost 300 contemporary residences in an attractive location at a stone's throw from University TU Delft. The homes were being developed based on the B-Right Campus concept, in which fully upholstered and furnished homes have been realized that meet their contemporary comfort and quality requirements.
The Pauwmolen new construction project has a gross floor area of almost 15,000 m2. In the residential tower, 143 independent studios have been realized and the 5-storey front building boasts 142 apartments, suitable for 1 to 2-person households. Parking is largely provided in an underground parking garage. Residents also benefit from shared facilities and services such as a courtyard garden, a launderette and a complex manager.
