Newly built apartment complex with a diversity and mix of target groups, housing types and functions.
De Hoef has transformed from a monofunctional office area with a lot of vacancy into a well-blended urban district where people live, work and learn. The new building on the Plotterweg is beautifully situated on the water: extremely suitable for the development of apartments with a view over the 'green' water extraction area. For commuters and starters who want space but also want to live near a mobility hub, this is a good mix of peace and quiet and excellent accessibility to the centre of Amersfoort and Utrecht.Together with the municipality of Amersfoort, we converted the vacant office building "Het Plot" into 129 affordable, furnished living spaces for emergency seekers from the region. A combination of status holders, temporary migrant workers, starters, refugees and economically homeless people live together in the Plot. A special project where residents from different backgrounds come together to form one community. Read more about this project
