Hillside
By combining the transformation of existing office space with an 18-storey new-build project, we were able to realise some 230 homes on Paasheuvelweg in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost. The complex, Hillside, is part of the transformation of the Amstel III office park into a lively and versatile area where living, working and recreation come together for different target groups.

De Flier
We gave an outdated empty municipal office a second life by completely transforming it into permanent housing with around 400 units. By then adding two extra floors of housing on top, we made the best use of the limited space in the city. With the De Flier project in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost, we show what is possible with sustainable development.

After completion of both complexes, management and maintenance was transferred to Plaza Resident Services, also part of Mosaic World.
